As a small business owner, you have to wear all of the hats. If marketing or social media is a 'hat' you don't have time for or aren't comfortable with, I can be your flexible team member with a safe pair of hands to help out.
Because I work on a project-by-project basis, there is no ongoing commitment or regular overhead. I am only there when you need me.
My Services
I provide project-by-project support. There is no monthly commitment or retainer (unless you would prefer to work in that way). Each project will be quoted for and have a clear scope of work. The briefing, review, and revision process is simple and designed to save you time. The summary of services outlined below is not exhaustive, so if a project you need help with isn't listed, please do still get in touch.
Social Media
If social media isn't your 'thing', you don't know where to start, or you simply don't have time, I can help. Content suggestions, creative templates, posting plans, captions copy, post creation, reel editing and creation, and advice on bios, highlights, and hashtags are all possible. The creative is generated in Canva and is yours to use and adapt for future posts.
Copywriting
26 years in marketing, advertising and communications means I know what works and what doesn't. Get in touch if you'd like support creating or updating your bio, generating social media captions, refreshing your website pages, writing blogs, creating newsletters, creating posters or leaflets, or other written marketing content.
Printed & Digital Marketing
I provide design and copy to match your brief for all printed items, whether that's event posters, banners, leaflets, business cards, QR cards, price lists or local advertisements. I can generate a simple website, make website updates and create digital banners. For printed items, I can also arrange for item to be the printed if you don't have a preferred printer.

About Me
I'm Lucy. A small business owner for 12 years (and counting), I also bring with me 26 years of marketing experience that includes advertising, branding, digital and print media, and communications. Working in some of the top UK marketing agencies, and supporting every type of business from blue chip companies to micro businesses, I've gained a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience that I put to use delivering copy and visual creative projects for my clients.
I understand the daily challenges of small business, and recognise that having a helping hand, when it's required, can make a big difference.
It's important to me that working together is a happy process. Life is far too short not to enjoy your day! I approach all working relationships and projects with transparency, honesty and integrity. I believe communication is key so I don't hide behind emails and texts.
